METHODOLOGY

How we publish RibiPeople research.

A transparent boundary between what we observe through our operations, what we infer, and what would require independent external research.

What “live market” means

In RibiPeople research, a live market means a country RibiPeople identifies as supported for local reward delivery. It does not mean every catalogue item is available in every city or to every programme.

What our coverage report measures

The 2026 coverage report documents RibiPeople's own operating footprint, supported local currencies and practical programme observations. It does not claim to measure total market size, employee sentiment, industry growth or competitor market share.

Evidence standards

First-party operational facts should be labelled as RibiPeople data or observations. External statistics should name and link to their original source. Estimates and interpretations should be clearly distinguished from measured facts.

Updates and corrections

Coverage changes over time. Material changes should be reflected in the report and its publication/update information. Corrections should preserve the distinction between current coverage and historical claims.

Citing our work

When referencing RibiPeople research online, cite the report title, RibiPeople as publisher, publication year and the canonical report URL. Do not generalise RibiPeople's operating observations into continent-wide statistics unless the report explicitly supports that conclusion.

FROM RESEARCH TO PRACTICE

Put these findings to work.

RibiPeople runs employee rewards across African markets: send rewards, automate the moments that matter, and let people choose locally.
