Terms of Use

Clear ground rules for using RibiPeople.

Last updated: 9 September 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern access to the RibiPeople website and, unless a separate written customer agreement applies, use of the RibiPeople platform. If your organisation has a separate agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.

2. Using RibiPeople

You must use RibiPeople lawfully and only for authorised business or employee purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape or reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, or use the service to infringe another person’s rights.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Organisational administrators are responsible for managing appropriate user access within their organisation. Please tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

4. Rewards, benefits and third-party services

Some benefits, rewards, experiences, merchants, fulfilment services or other offerings are supplied by third parties. Availability can differ by country, employer programme, inventory and partner terms. Specific redemption, expiry, cancellation or usage conditions may apply to individual offerings and will be communicated where relevant.

5. Employer programmes

The benefits, budgets, allowances, recognition rules and other programmes available to an employee may be configured or funded by that employee’s organisation. RibiPeople does not independently guarantee an employee’s entitlement to a particular employer-funded benefit.

6. Intellectual property

RibiPeople and its associated software, design, branding and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to use the service, no ownership rights are transferred to you. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, update, improve or change parts of the platform and may alter third-party catalogue availability as markets and partners change.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RibiPeople is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any separately signed customer agreement may contain different or additional liability provisions.

9. Privacy and security

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Our Security & Trust page explains our security approach. These documents form part of the information governing your use of RibiPeople.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or enforce contractual rights. Organisational access may also end when an employer programme or customer agreement ends.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The current version and its effective date will be published here. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
